Before you book

House rules

Check-in from 12 noon, check-out by 11am. Arriving on the night bus? Tell us and we'll leave the gate open and a bed made — luggage can sit in the office till your room is ready.

Free until 48 hours before check-in. Inside 48 hours we keep the first night. Plans change in the mountains — message us and we'll usually move the dates instead.

Dogs are welcome — ask first so we can put you in a ground-floor room. We aren't set up for children. No stag parties; it isn't that kind of hostel.

UPI, cards, or cash at the counter. Nothing up front for stays under a week — we hold the bed on your word.

Fibre with a backup line, strongest on the terrace and in the hut. It holds a video call most days. Power cuts happen; the router is on an inverter, the geysers aren't.
